I agreed and his inspection team found wind and hail damage. John attentively led me through the insurance claim process in April, 2019. He was very patient in explaining the steps involved and his team assisted in the inspection and estimation process with my insurance adjuster. Apex was recommended by a friend that had used them in 2017. I called Erin S****** in August of 2018 after the storms that came through around July 4th. He walked me through the process of contacting my insurance company and what would come after. They came out and met with my insurance adjuster within two days. The next day Erin came over and we finalized the details and set a date for them to show up to begin work. An Apex Roofing representative came by my house recently and offered a free roof inspection to see if any significant damage had been done during a hail storm that had occurred in my neighborhood almost 2 years ago. It turned out that my roof did have significant hail damage and I had no idea about it until the inspection by Apex Roofing. Apex Roofing done a great job on our roof. The crew that did the work was very respectful and courteous. They also cleaned as they went and did not leave a mess until the project was completed. The rep that we dealt with was Reid M******. He was very professional and handled nearly all the leg work with my insurance company to get our storm damaged roof repaired. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend then to anyone.

My sales rep, Tyler, walked me through the whole process from beginning to end and there were no surprises. My quality control rep, Chris, made sure I was happy with with the roof and installation. Apex replaced our roof and fixed damage inside of our house. They were prompt, worked super hard all day and even into the night. They are very professional and we would recommend this company to all.
