Today was our 5th visit and we always have wait atleast 40 minutes or more, it’s ridiculous. Why overbooked patients if you have less staff working causing long waiting time. I regret why I even got my daughter’s braces at Apple dental.

So so staff at front desk not friendly or welcoming and in the back they don’t inform u properly of your treatment for braces
Everyone was professional and nice. The Cost of Service for Implants are Unbelievably Expensive.
The dentist was horrible and scary she panicked and told me my son is about to have a stroke because his blood pressure was high after I informed her he just had a minor surgery she was rude and had no empathy and she became argumentative because I was explaining to her she didn’t even offer to retake his pressure the assistant was great

The doctor and staff cared very much about the appearance of my new bridge. I appreciated all the extra effort that was given to the appearance of my teeth and personal comfort. Dr Valdez is wonderful!

I hate the Dairy Ashford location , the people who work there is very rude and unprofessional speak to you any way no respect but when the patient get out of pocket it’s a problem. I can’t wait until my ortho is done here so we can find a more caring and professional doctor , even the doctor act as if he’s throwed off , don’t listen to the patient at all , my son has a tooth that’s not aligned with the rest the doctor has been waiting for this tooth to come in for a year now but me as a paying patient who has put 2 kids in b... read more

The staff is unprofessional. After I saw the doctor, it was over a hour wait to get the information about the cost and what my insurance covers. The front lobby had a bad smell from that old dirty water that was in the fountain and the rooms were dirty. The doctor was pleasant and was very knowledgeable.
