Dr. Valdez, is a good doctor. But watch the financing department. They have over charge me in the past. And trying to finish another treatment and seem to be over charge me again. Please reach out to your provider. To get the accurate price.

Very poor customer service
I recently had an infection and difficult revision root canal for which Dr Valdez saw me for. They were able to work me in on the SAME DAY I called to schedule an appointment. The front office was inviting and quickly took me back to see the doctor on my visit. My wait time was minimal and Dr Valdez was fantastic! She explained my condition and went over my CT scan in great detail. I had a challenging case and she was very diligent and meticulous with her work. Again, I can't praise the doctor enough... We had to wait two hours in the waiting room until we can see the Dr. It’s too much . Our time is valuable .
