I ordered a swim spa in August of 2020. They required full payment upfront. I paid over $16,000 and was told my spa would take 6 weeks to 2 months. It is now September 2021 and I still do not have my spa. They kept delaying the delivery date using Covid as an excuse. Finally, several weeks ago, I was informed my spa was ready for delivery. They get a one star. i cannot reach anyone from the factory. i bought a hot tub less than one year ago. breaker keeps flipping on GFCI which tells me its not the outlet its the hot tub. had outlet inspected by certified electrician. nothing wrong in outlet. i cannot seem to reach Aqua Living Stores for help. also they fooled me into a five star review by promising me chemicals and hot tub filters. they said it was on shortage because of corona. the salesman name is Richard Moody. thats the guy who made the promise. they are ... read more
THIS COMPANY SUCKS. DON'T PURCHASE!!!! they don't answer the phone during business hours and neither does the corporate office. If you leave a VM message, don't expect a call back. they don't call you back either.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Hot tub was dropped off at our house and could not get anyone to set it up or service it after they received our final check. They don't have any spec drawings on the tub showing where things are located. You have to take the side panels off to locate things which take a lot of time and effort since they are attached with 1.5 in dry wall screws - no predrilled holes for easy installation.
