The spa worked for 4 days. We've been waiting for almost 2 months to get parts and a technician out to fix it. Customer service is the worst! I've talked to them 7 times, lots of excuses, lost notes on the service, no follow up emails although they say they will, over an hour wait time to talk to someone.

There was an issue with an initial parts order being erroneously deleted. A request to expedite the required components has been made. As soon as there is a tracking number associated with the shipment, we will be able to get the assigned technician to schedule for repair. The customer spoke with a representative on 09/30/22 advising of the game plan and delays in the shipping department. Horrible experience bought hampton tub by catalina . They have the new bi fold top first day all moldings fell off been over 2 months now and still know body to repair . Horrible company avoid at all cost.
Spent 12k on a Catalina Spa and have had nothing but issues since we got it and the warranty is horrendous and that is an understatement. We have valve issues, base support issues and all the lining on the 1500 dollar cover fell off within days. I can't drain it because the valve cannot be found. I was sent a valve replacement in a FedEx bag not even in a box and we are expected to put it in ourselves. No return call on the three incidents we reported 2 months later. 24 x 7 support does not exist. Worst experience ever after... read more

I purchased a spa several months ago. We notified the company it arrived with a damaged cover and side of spa had deep gouge. We filled out warranty on line, contacted seller multiple times etx. Still no resolution. They take your money and fail to respond after deal is done.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR CATALINA!!!!! We ordered a Catalina swim spa through this company and it came with a bunch of damage. They said they'd fix it but it's been almost 6 months, and literally not 1 thing has been fixed or replaced. I didn't receive a receipt for a week after purchase & the charges were much more than expected! Immediately I tried to get hold of them with no success. I tried every day for a month & would spend up to 4 hours on hold , then lost connection. Finally got hold of someone in a different city who found my order & referred me to the corporate office in TN, who referred me back to sales person. We got a call on June 20th from Arizona saying our tub was ready to ship to hood river OR all we needed to do was pay the balance so my wife went down to our local store and paid 6000 cash and a month later it's still in Arizona they just called me today asking if we are going to pay so it can ship so I assume the local store to us has taking our money and not reported it to Arizona

Don't ever buy spa from these people terrible customer service cheap cheap cheap parts on the spa a spa worst experience I've ever had they will take your money and leave you hanging It took me a year one year to get my spa where I could use it and now it's been 2 years it's been 2 years and now they tell me they can't even get me parts for it and it takes you 3 or 4 weeks to get ahold of somebody
