I regretfully ATTEMPTED to purchase one of their Spa's a couple of month's ago (09/28/2021.). I handed Chris 5000 dollars to cover the price of the hot tub, cover, and the extra accessories we had opted to complete our order. I also handed him another 500 dollars which, according to THEM, would ensure that my purchase would arrive within the next 2 weeks. Aqua living outlet. I bought a hot tub July 2019 and it isn't working after 2 years 4 months. Within 6 months the jets broke now the heater is not working. I have called and called leaving messages and no -return call.
Absolutly the worst customer service experience of my life. BUYER BEWARE!!! New tub was delivered in mid-July and has never worked. Austen with Aqua Living has been to my home on 4 occassions and my tub went from not chilling or lights working to completly inoperable with water leaking from it since his last visit. They lie to your face telling you their going to run to a local parts house to get parts only to never return. NOONE at Aqua Living will call you back. $11,500 investment and my ROI is 0%. You may want to check your motors also! When they sold it to you they said that it was six horsepower motors at least that's what they say in their literature, in fact they're only four horsepower motors! I've been getting the runaround myself from this company I also find it kind of funny that one of the five-star posts of a customer who was very satisfied with their aqua living hot tub well he is actually Graham Montgomery, who is one of the salesman from aqua living spas in Glendale or Peoria Arizona! We received the hot tub 5 months after it was ordered (3 1/2 months later than expected). It didn't work from the start and getting Aqualiving to provide support was extremely challenging. We ended up having to hire our own electrician to fix the issue because they couldn't find an electrician willing to take their small monetary offer to come to our home. Product came in with scratches, gash on shell of tube, pipe leaked, missing screws, panels uneven, and now need a pump. Had it for 3 months and my local dealer John Bramell had not helped with the situation, got defensive and hung up. 3 months and still things are not fixed. Horrible company to do business with.
This company is beyond rude, lazy, unprofessional, the poorest customer service and seem to hide from problems that exist. They refuse to allow you to go over any sales reps head like a manager or vice president in my circumstance. I was referred to a vice president and told he doesn't give out his phone number but answers to email. Well the guy never answered or called back or emailed. Never received hot tub, but was billed a year later. Herb, salesman, had zero communication and still hasn't. Store and company have horrible customer service and excuses. I still have not been contacted by Aqua Living Stores regarding their billing error after I contacted them by phone and email.
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. First off they didn't order my hot tub until two months after I placed and paid for the order. This was after me having to call them multiple times. Then I was promised extra amenities, but they are not following through on those. I have left multiple messages for Kathy and she refuses to get back to me. I even emailed with no response.
