2 years ago I bought a spa from this company and have had nothing but issues. Spent over 7,000$ for this spa and have had technicians out on 2 separately occasions. Only this time conveniently my spa has out the blue just stop pumping water. The spa leaks water, and now has stopped pumping. Once trying to receive help on this matter and how and me communicating with support I was told that my warranty is no longer valid even though it was still under 2 years. The warranty that is listed for your HB34 spa is as follows: shell/frame - 10/5years, Major components - 1 year, Plumbing - 1 year, Labor - 90 days. We certainly apologize for your frustration, and could assist in ordering replacement components. These would be parts would be out of pocket as all but the shell/frame warranty has since expired.
Don't Just Don't - Spend your money elsewhere. The Factory Store in Des Moines is useless and the Factory in TN is just as bad. Waited 7 months for a tub and I am still fixing issues 3 months later. Simple answer here is Don't Just Don't buy from this company.
My husband and I started this terrible experience in April. Every part of the process was a headache and a lengthy process with poor communication and poor service from the manager up to the delivery driver. Inquiry to purchase: We went to our local store in Pensacola, FL. In the middle of the day and doors were locked. Must read before buying from LPI Inc. or Aqua Living Factory Outlets. My purchase date was 10/30/2020, We were promised delivery By February 2021. They moved my manufacture date multiple times. We changed our order in July 2021 and were assured that it would not effect or new manufacture date at all. Finally after 14 Months of frustration our spa was delivered. 12/16/2021 The original order stated curb side delivery to my address, I paid an extra $1000 for delivery. LPI, Inc certainly apologizes for the frustration that you have experienced in these matters. The swim harness: Swimflex Pro Tether Kit System, 3-Hole (swim pro pole) is currently on backorder. As soon as we receive this item we will ship it to you. In terms of the chiller for the dual temp, we will be scheduling a technician to come do the installation and replumbing for this feature.
I have called several times to get the cushions that comes with the hot tub, but haven't got a response. I keep getting the runaround, and no head cushions. If you sell a product this expensive, you should take care of your customers. Very disappointed !!!!! Rich L

Ordered hot tub and have been lied to from day one and they are still lying. After they get your money they care nothing about getting you your hot tub. Worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a negative 10. I have doubts I will ever recieve my hot tub
I will share my experience and let you decide the rest. I purchased a spa from this Aqua Living outlet in July of 2021. At that time I was told it would be a few months for manufacture and delivery and I would receive it before the Holidays. As promised, the spa was delivered before the Holidays on October 25, 2021. Backyard installation and troubleshooting was not indicated as being available. The protocol experienced for customer service and technical support are standard across the board. We put a deposit on a swim spa on 4/14/2021. We were fine that the production of the spa had a delay and couldn't be delivered until October 2021-November 2021. I started calling in October to check on the status and here is were the issues start. As of October 11th they had no production date available and asked me to call back at a later time.
