I bought hot spa just own year ago now I can't use because is liking they saying will send technician for fix that, I think they need to send another one and bring that back,not fair we paying to much money we need to have quality

Don't buy a spa from Aqua Living terrible customer service and very dishonest. I ordered a spa and was told delivery in approx 8 weeks. Spa didn't arrive until almost 5 months later. I get it Covid but the real problem started when I went to pickup and it was the wrong hot tub. Owner Michael at first made it sound like I was mistaken but luckily I had the receipt with the correct model noted. Then he tired to modify the hot tub and get me to accept that one. Spa jets dont work, customer service passes the bucks won't help after 4 months of trying to get help I requested a refund, and they are still pushing me off to everyone else. I have tried with the owner of the Albuquerque store to Arizona to the main Tennessee office. Was told they would send me replacement jets but I should fix it myself when asked how do I do that he laughed and hung up on me. These people are HORRIBLE i had a tub delivered in May and it was severely damaged they said they would replace it ....not so much they expect me to spend multiple thousands of dollars to get the tub off my deck and put a new one on to the tune of almost $2500 out of my pocket ...because they sent me damaged product i am supposed to spend an extra $2500 ? Yea that's right up there in the top zero for customer service, by the way its now been 7 months then they said they would discount it if i would keep this one ...still wai... read more

Was told different stories by Marty regarding what spas were available. Still, the prices were comparatively good, so I went to the store. When I walked in, the store stunk of smoke. Marty was brusque and tried to up sell me. I get it, he's a salesperson, but it was annoying. When I didn't go for the up sell and reiterated what I wanted, magically, the model he said he didn't have in stock seemed to appear, so I purchased that. Drew is misleading and deceptive. Was told spa would be between 4 and 6 weeks. As of the 7 week, they have not started the production. When you call, he does not answer, voice mail is always full. I will be getting an attorney and suing for breach of contract.

I regretfully ATTEMPTED to purchase one of their Spa's a couple of month's ago (09/28/2021.). I handed Chris 5000 dollars to cover the price of the hot tub, cover, and the extra accessories we had opted to complete our order. I also handed him another 500 dollars which, according to THEM, would ensure that my purchase would arrive within the next 2 weeks. Aqua living outlet. I bought a hot tub July 2019 and it isn't working after 2 years 4 months. Within 6 months the jets broke now the heater is not working. I have called and called leaving messages and no -return call.
