Wonderful hot tub and is built wonderfully . Great delivery . Mr. Steve Sharp was terrific at taking care of the delivery and sale. These hot tubs are custom made with great technology and very energy efficient . Took a few weeks to have it delivered but was well worth the wait.

the $600 upgrade price and a week and a half later still haven't received my tub! I was told I would get the number to the delivery driver. Still waiting for that along with my tub. At this point, I've requested my money back which they charged me 25% of what I put down AFTER the delivery team reached out saying they do NOT do installation, although I ASKED if installation was included with the 500 delivery fee!
