We bought and ordered a swim spa in 2022. It was delivered on2/25/22 it was completely damaged and not what we ordered. We were told if we didn’t accept this exact Spa we wouldn’t get the Chiller system. The ONLY reason we bought from this company, as we live in Az. It was wrong color side panels, missing features we had ordered. When it was delivered it was so unbelievably damaged. It completely looked used. Aqua living is a horrible company. It would take me forever to state everything that has gone wrong . I have continually asked to speak to a supervisor but they seem to have no interest in speaking with me . As of today I’m still waiting for a hot tub cover that fits my hot tub . I urge you not to do business with this company

Got my tub delivered in May and it was damaged, then it was leaking water, they sent someone to fix the leak and now there’s an electrical issue, still can’t use my spa

Was told shipment of tub 10-14 days. It has been 23 days and no hot tub, no e-mail and no phone call, on eta. Was told tub was in stock by corp. sale rep, when I purchased the tub. Local sales rep has canceled his phone number. If this is real business it is not a good business.

After just a few years the materials are disenigrating. Reach out for help and got NOTHING. open a service request online and after a few weeks they simply closed it. Went to two different stores - Charlotte and Asheville- and got nowhere. They don't have anyone to service them. Very discouraging to have spent this money and and not get any help.

Had tranquility hot tub for 4 years and have had nothing but trouble with it. Even when it arrived it needed a new pump as it did not work on arrival. The sidewall cracked in the filter area and Aqua living has not/will not return any calls on this. This company does answer warranty calls, and the main tub wall has a crack in it that leaks is supposed to have 10-year warranty on spa walls, and they are not interested in hearing about it. I bought a hot tub from Aqua Living Factory Outlet in Spokane, Washington 4/6/24. It quit working less than 4 months later. The company's TUFF SPAS is one of several brands manufactured by LPIinc in Johnson City, Tennessee. After reading other reviews of their notoriously awful customer service, I assumed that I, too, would be given the brush-off, and I was right. Title: Terrible Experience with LPI, Inc. "Aqua Living" – Avoid at All Costs! I recently had a horrendous experience with LPI, Inc. "Aqua Living," based out of Tennessee and their Orlando location. Ordered a new tuff spa,was sent older discontinued model.top doesn't seal as advertised,screws in top have rusted causing discoloration to tub...Best part is tub is only 6 months old today any company will not warranty.. would definitely not waste time on this company or their warranty..save your money and buy elsewhere..these reviews are right,they don't stand behind products
