Make yourself visible & show up for your loved ones! We picked this community because it was; well rated, was close, looked homey & was told the number of caregivers to residents was higher than it actually was. Turns out there is a lot of turnover. Not all caregivers are equal even though they're trained the same way That's been the biggest disappointment. A-lot care , others it's just a job. My husband was living his last days though I didn’t realize it; all the staff were warm and kind, trying to help. I was comforted by being among them more so than with family. It is difficult to find the correct words.

Arbor Hills is just the nicest place and we have been so pleased with our experience. They were very comprehensive on our initial interview and we were so impressed that we did not even have to think about it, we went ahead and put our deposit down the same day that we visited. I work for a Hospice Company and we have had patients at Arbor Hills .They have given excellent care to our patients and there family , The staff is amazing always keeping in touch with our team to let us know any change with our patient even minor . Everyone from the Administrator to the CNA's are always pleasant and enjoy there place of employment as it shows when talking to staff .I would recommend Arbor Hills to anyone looking for the best care possible for a Loved one
I had narrowed my search to two communities without touring by checking out the websites and the reviews. I had a great feeling for Arbor Hills. The people were so very nice and truly caring. We are leaning another direction due mainly to location. That is a truly how close the two are.
Making decisions on care for your elderly love one can be difficult however working with the front office staff and especially the Director of Community Relations at Arbor Hills our family experience continues to be great! [name removed] was the director who provided care for my Aunt [name removed] and our family could not have been more pleased. [name removed] has a heart for all those she serves and has a way of really helping out with difficult almost insurmountable situations. She’s a real find!!! Arbor Hills is wonderful Memory Care facility! The staff is extremely passionate about the residents, and seem to go above and beyond, regardless of the situation. The Administration staff is great! The ED Ms. Pryor has impeccable customer service, and is very passionate about senior care. Love this Place!
We are thrilled having Mother at Arbor Hills for the past 8 months. The entire staff is loving and respectful to all their residents. They have been unfailingly friendly to our family and are proactive in keeping us informed of any changes in Mother's condition. They keep the residents and facilities clean, the food is excellent and there are several activities each day to engage and encourage the retention of connegative and physical abilities.
