This place is the worst. They do not want to do anything above and beyond... We have called on several occasions after hours begging for someone to return our phone calls because our child has severe asthma issues... We have been told multiple times we would get a call back, and we never did! If you need refills because you're out-don't plan on them going the extra mile to call them in. It is now a norm that you always have to wait in the doctor's office, but this Peditric practice in AZ is pretty bad in terms of scheduling, customer service. I call on the management to look into the broad waiting time spend on the phone to schedule an appointment, in the waiting room to see a doctor. I wish there are more pediatric practices so they can compete.

My daughter had an infection at 3 months old. I took her in. Even though she had a cough and congestion the Dr. ordered her to get a sample of her urine. At that age they stick a catheter to get it. Well, the nurse performing it did it wrong and punctured her vagina and blood was on the ground. I told her to stop and get the dr. I will never forget what happened and never brought her back. I found a great dr. Dr. Heck. He listened to me and never made me or my child uncomfortable.
No explanation needed but here are a few negatives.....Never get you in on time and won't get your children in last minute. Find somewhere else who have more loving doctors care for your precious children. These doctors aren't the most knowledgeable nor the most compassionate. Very sad

We have been going to this group for 2 years now and absolutely love the doctors. The appointments are convenient and I've always been able to get in the same day when my little ones are sick. So why am I giving this place 1 star? Their billing is atrocious. It is a nightmare. It will become your nightmare and never stop. They will tell you on the phone they have taken care of the issues, that you owe nothing, and then a month later, you'll receive a collections notice which they claim they will also take care of. We have been coming to the two offices (Shea and Deer Valley) since our children were born (one in 2000 and one in 2005). The doctors used to be good. Lately, you can never get your doctor, always someone new. They schedule appointments and then actually take you an hour and a half late (why don't you call us and let us know you're running so late). Love my provider, Dr Cropp, however the patient services are extremely poor, the front desk staff are cold and insensitive and the phone service to make appointments or ask questions is not staffed appropriately. I was turned away twice for SCHEDULED appointments. Neither a well appointment, both sick patient appointments. Literally turned away as if I walked into a busy nail salon...and to "come back later". I was on hold for 12 min and then some rude woman picked up the phone and had a lot of attitude while talking to me on the phone, then she hung up... Please, hire professional and polite stuff.
Flu clinic is a joke. Most unorganized thing I've ever seen. Don't think you have appointment, because you don't. And the staff seems like they could care less. No words can explain my frustration and the others here right now.
