All I have to say is, if you like dragging your 4 month old baby all over Scottsdale, just to have her not be able to see the doctor, then this is the place for you! First, they changed the location of my baby's wellness visit. No big deal, I would have driven to the new location IF ANYONE HAD BOTHERED TELLING ME IT WAS AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Scheduled an appointment for my son after school and waited over an hour an a half without seeing a doctor. I was extremely disappointed that no one checked on us or was able to see us. I understand that doctors get busy, but the lack of communication or help was pretty ridiculous. My son was sick and no one helped us. Really frustrating.

My daughter, as a newborn, got a vicious scar consuming her ankle as a baby from this pediatric office. The rude nurse over tightened her ace wrap, and never told me to remove before bed. My baby was 3 days old. It was a simple heel stick blood draw. Dr. Fischler and Dr. Vivian Ziltzer told me she wouldn't scar. I disagreed. She scarred terribly, huge keloid scar. She is now 13 and I'd never go back to this office.

I first have to say that I love the doctors at NS Peds. We have been patients for 12 years for my three children, however, I can't tell you how many times the front office & scheduling staff has been inconsiderate, callus & dismissive. When parents have sick children, the last thing they need is inconsiderate and rude staff to make you feel helpless and alone. I am over it. The professionalism is lacking and the kindness, non-existent. As much as I love the doctors, I think it's time for a change.

We recently have had very poor experiences here. If you are looking for a large pediatric practice, where you can get in when you are sick and have no affiliation with a doctor, this is the place for you. If you want to build a history with your doc and you want the practice to know who your kids are or at least have the docs pretend to know who your kids are, this is not the place for you. A friend recommended this practice due to their experience with one of the doctors. I was trying to schedule a prenatal tour and I have submitted a request, called and was told I'd get a call, and then was on hold for 10 minutes to only get their voicemail and I have YET to receive a call back. It's been 3 weeks! We are so fed up that we are moving on to another office. Due to your horrible customer service, you just lost 18 years of business.

We have been seeing Dr Barcellona for 9 years now and absolutely ADORE him. HOWEVER, now that's he so popular and this office has grown so much, they are completely 100% ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. They do not care about your child, they're there for a check. It's absolutely sad and disappointing. The front office staff are about the rudest group of girls you've ever met. I've been coming here for about 3 years and I'm just over it. Having to always wait 30+ minutes for every visit gets old. They need more staff. This practice focuses only on squishing in as many patients in a day as possible. They can care less about quality of patient care. Every time I have called to speak with someone, it's like jumping hurdles. I had to reach them for an urgent matter and waited on ther phone for 20 minutes! Plain and simple review. We have a 2 year old and 6 month old. This was my 2 year olds pediatrician through 1 year.... then thankfully we were lucky to find our new one. The practice has gotten way to big. All they care about is the money, not your child.
