This is the worst place! I am taking my older daughter for 4 years and now I have an infant. It used to be great but now we can't hold off anyone at the front desk. I have to walk in each time for any appointments or changes. They dont notify me when they have cancelations! No communications! Horrible Experience! Her doctor didn't get the RSV from my older daughter when she was sick even though we told them that we have an infant in house! Do not take your children here. This place is horrible and is too big for their own good. Unfortunately our pediatrician office closed last year and we were recommended to them. Ever since then, it is impossible to get in touch with the front desk to schedule an appointment. You are either on the phone for 30 minutes or you get hung up on. I have had to take my kids to urgent care due to them not answering their phones. When you finally do get an appointment, be prepared to not been seen for another 30-60 minutes later. This has been so disappointing. The Doctor's at North Scottsdale Pediatrics are wonderful, and if I could rate them alone, I would give them a 5. However, the administrative staff is literally the worst administrative staff I have ever encountered in my life. If I could rate the administrative staff, I would rate them somewhere between a negative 5 and a 0... Extremely disappointed with the customer service. On our way to the clinic for a well check for my 4.5 yr old, we were running a little late and I called to inform the team that we were running a little late but that we would be there very soon. Tracy told me as long we would arrive within 15 min of our appointment we would be seen. We arrived within the 15 minutes, but Ashley decided to refuse us. Not a fan of this place. We had 3 appointments for our newborn and we immediately went looking for a new pediatrician. Care is not individualized and as of Aug 2022, they are still mandating masks. Even for 2 year olds! I needed to feed our newborn supplement as I wasn't producing enough breast milk. I mentioned that our newborn seemed to have an allergy to the formulas we were using (Similac) as I found her body with a lot of rashes and hives, so I switched to hypoallergenic Similac and Enfamil. My initial personal experience with North Scottsdale Pediatrics left me satisfied with the medical care provided, and somewhat satisfied with the reception personnel admin. Since then, the last experience I was told by my family, was filled with disrespect and humiliation by the reception personnel. Like a restaurant, the food may be delicious, but if the service is awful, people don't go back. Hopefully, someone can provide better training for the staff.

Big practice, really didn't care to get to know your child, they call to cancel appointments one day before and want you to reschedule for 1 month later. Makes you feel your child is a number for them and I feel they refer to specialist for anything that is not a cold and while waiting for the appointment with the specialist they don't give you any recommendations. Again they really don't care much in my experience.

They treated us like numbers. Check in, fill out information (again--every single time), wait, get vitals taken, wait, wait, wait, see a doctor. It is a money factory without a personal touch. After a 45 minute wait one day, we left and got a new pediatrician who we like and is personable and we don't wait beyond a reasonable amount of time. We won't return to North Scottdale Pediatrics; instead we are at Pagago Buttes Pediatrics and we love it!

We have been coming here for 5 years I love dr Barcelona however the front desk staff is horrible! We where there today checked in for out 10:30 apt at 10:28 by 11:15 u finally went up to ask how far behind they where and good thing I did they said they where too busy to look at the check ins and missed our name then they went in to say we had to reschedule!!! Reschedule for their mistake! I was appalled however I'm not one to make a scene so I left and I will now search for a new dr!
