Treatment staff overall were good however communication from the Director has been poor. My MIL has since been discharged to long term care and we have been asking for weeks for an official discharge date and itemized final bill...to no avail. She doesn't return phone calls or emails then when we speak with her in person she promises to get what we need then still doesn't deliver what she promised.

If you want to see your loved one decline rapidly then memorycare is the place to accomplish that. However if you care about your loved one and wish to ensure their longevity then seek another facility as the director of memorycare and the upper management at the facility is only concerned about superficial appearances. The cosmetic look is golden but once you have signed on you will see all the cracks are in their foundation and once your back is turned you will see the true service for your money.
