I am a new grandma visiting Gilbert . I bought a bike to use while visiting. I realized my daughter in law’s parents had a bike I could use . I returned the bike - new, unused within 24hours . The contract I signed at purchase states - “ with a copy of this sales receipt , customer may return any new merchandise within 30- days of purchase for exchange or full refund - as long as unused etc.” yet - they charged me a restocking fee ! It does not say restocking fee on my invoice ! Buyer beware of this place !

We apologize for the confusion regarding our policies. You are correct it states a 30 day return policy, but this is for merchandise only. If you continue to read, it explains our return policy for bicycles - "All new or used vehicles or used merchandise sales are final". We did make an exception to this policy for you by allowing you to return it, even though we state we only do exchanges within 10 days of purchase, for less than our usual 10% restock fee. Excellent. Answered all my questions and did a quick tier Chang on the spot. They loaded the bike in my pickup truck and strapped it down for me. Great guys at the shop.
