Great communication and friendly service. I traveled to a specific location just to have a specific bike same day and it was very spur of the moment. I saw it online and notified them via the online chat, you can never be sure with online chat but sure enough they had my bike ready for me. They tested it out and even took it upon themselves to fix the brake and tighten the mudguard so it was good to go before I arrived.
