Great - Both the Mechanic and Brian or Brent was his name were friendly, Had the bike ready to go and answered any of my questions, since I like to talk more than I should they sat there with a smile and engaged pleasantly until I finally decided to leave. They accommodated my pickup as I was only in town a couple hours since I drove 3 hours to get there then went back home or else I would have had to wait another week to get bike . This was a gift for my wife and needed early and they made it happen .
