RecommendedI will start out by saying the food was good. Not out of this world, but it was good. Now onto why I gave a one star review: The (female) manager should be 100% fired. Absolutely unprofessional and snooty. Acts like it’s an inconvenience to her to have to run multiple credit cards in a party of 14 people. Multiple snarky remarks while walking by. Our family has been going to this place for years. Today it took over two hours to be seated. Once seated they put us in an area with no wait staff. We sat for over a half hour and no service. Needless to say we will never return.

Katie, we do apologize that you did not feel as though this visit satisfied your expectations. We of course do our best to staff to the needs of the restaurant. WitchFest is our busiest month out of the whole year and we do apologize for the wait and the lack of service you feel like you received. We do hope that you will join us again soon.
We're here for dinner and have not been for years . Used to have great service and food . The food was good but the service was awful . The server had shoulder length hair and it was not pulled back . The other sever looked like she just rolled out of bed . It was not busy and we had to ask for things 2 and 3 times and than she disappeared. What has happened here ? So sad for such a beautiful place . I'm going to say the management is the problem .Someone is asleep at the wheel.
Awfully slow service. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait, it was actually 38 minutes. Took 30 Minutes for our food to come out, which was only a burger, salad and sandwich. Mediocre food and very over priced. Not happy at all. Would not recommend or go back.
My husband had the prime rib and it was soooo tough he could only eat half of it and that was a challenge, � we paid $20 for something we fed the dogs. Really disappointed. :( we would like a refund
Visited for sister's free birthday dinner which is a great deal! The food, however, was not so great. I ordered fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. Tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Didn't finish them. The fries with the entree were the same way. Greasy! I ordered a burger and found it bland. Needed salt and/or sauce or something more. Chili's and Red Robin burgers are better.
