Archibald’s Restaurant is located in a historic flour mill and silo built in 1877 by one of the original pioneer settlers to the Salt Lake Valley, Archibald Gardner. Maybe I didn't order the right entree. I got a chicken lemon basil pasta, and subbed shrimp for the chicken. Everything was underseasoned. I am a foodie, and I detected little lemon or basil in the cream sauce. My mother ordered the Asian chicken stir-fry and she loves the veggies. My husband and I eat here once a month at least. One of my new favorites! Kirsten was an awesome server today!
The service was awful. The coffee was cold. The stuffing was gummy and the gravy was gelled. I took my granddaughter out for a fun night at Gardner Village and dinner was a complete disappointment.
If I wanted to be avoided or looked down on, this is where I would go, PS: the food should be avoided
Let me tell you about Gardner village Went there for lunch one afternoon Got a booster seat for my daughter a couple minutes later all I could smell was rotten piss trying to figure out where it came from I lifted my arm from the booster seat and my whole arm smelled like piss , the booster seat was completely saturated in piss I called the waitress over and told her the booster seat smells like piss she looked at me like I was an a****** gave me another booster seat that smelled even worse.
