Love the furniture (except the broken desk still not repaired/replaced after 5 attempts) but the service, while great in the store, left a lot to be desired. The entertainment center they delivered was great - except they left all the shelves in a pile on the floor. When I went to install them myself, 2 of the cabinets didnt accommodate them - I had to call them back out and they basically had to partially destroy one of them to get it to fit - only to find out there indeed were multiple sizes despite nobody knowing this. We purchased a sofa about 5-6 years ago. Overrated junk in my opinion. Feathers always coming out. Cushions don’t hold shape. A lot of money for not much furniture
Love the stuff but the sales people were rather snobbish. Not one person asked if we needed help and a few of them seemed to follow my son and I like were going to steal something. Went to Pottery Barn and was treated better.
The furniture looks great and so are the designers. That’s where it ends no communication between delivery service and corporate .We got the Bauman media console which was delivered defective . 2 months later we still did not get the piece .Finally had to just save time and sanity and ask them to take their furniture back . This store is not ready . Don’t buy anything from them unless you can carry it out of the store with you .I found other negative google reviews with a similar experience. I have had a very bad experience with this store. I ordered a Taylor sofa last spring and paid extra $200 to get firmer cushions.I pad almost $2000 total for a sofa. They delivered the sofa in July and the cushions are already sagging. I went to the store last week to complain and they said that I will have to call customer service number or email them, store staff can not help with this issue. I have to agree with others about this store. I ordered a King bed in August, they said it would be delivered in October. Now it's "Thanksgiving" delivery. I wish I had seen the reviews and I would have shopped elsewhere, I recognize the lack of accountability with Arhaus.
Spent 25,000. Have a hair oil spot on the sofa after 100 days of use...and no one cares. Sofa was $5000 and they aren’t giving us the time of day.
I'm so disappointed with the custom ordered chairs I bought from them. I received them after an almost 12 week wait and haven't had them two years yet. The lifetime guarantee and the additional insurance policy I bought for wear and tear doesn't seem to matter to them. They sent a third party inspector out who acknowledged how bad they're falling apart but the concierge department says his report says there's nothing wrong with them. Low end quality furniture at High end prices, they don't stand behind any of there furniture and there Customer concierge team is a joke, they have yet to resolve a dispute I've had over the Lansbury sectional, in gunsmoke, the fabric pills over the entire sectional and becomes discolored and worn looking after a few months of use.
