Our service was SO slow and for no reason. Sever would go “missing” for 20min plus at a time. Candle on table not even lit, we had to ask for it to be lit, sitting outside upstairs. Once dessert menu dropped (which we had to request to see) we waited nearly 20 min for Jamie to come back, after we summoned him over. Not typically the experience we have and it was two of my guests first time there. Too bad.
Good steak, excellent service, and Ok value. The second-floor dining area was too noisy. I see no reason to return
Very disappointing. Saw that it was rated among the top 15 Atlanta steak houses. Went there to celebrate, paid $120 for a ribeye steak. It was overcooked, tough, and had no flavor. When I showed our server that the steak was overcooked, her response was that the chef generally undercooks. Sides were so-so. The wine was nice. That's about it.
The service was great but the food was tasteless. The brussel sports was soggy, the au gratin potatoes was watery with no flavor, the beef ribs tasted like nothing but worchester sauce and the steak had no flavor. The bread was super hard. The birthday cake which was complementary was the best thing of the night and the only tasteful thing at the table besides the wine. Wouldn't recommend.
Waiter missed our drink order. Had to come back to ask what temp for our steak. After apps, took 35 mins to get meal. He said a large party came in right after us. Wrong answer.
Sooo disappointing. Previously LOVED this restaurant and visited many times tho haven't been in a while. Was excited to take friends for their first visit. The first turnoff was the condescending and bossy attitude of our waiter when he told friend not to get the drink she wanted because he tried it and it wasn't good. Service was incredibly slow. Our server would take 30 min to come to our table in between visits. Was an hour before we were finally able to order appetizers. Took almost 3 hours all together.
Not worth the money let alone the time. Very disappointed!!!
Server was a little slack.
