It took a little longer than desired to get the work started and they missed a section of gutters but they came back to fix what they missed. The work was done professionally and they were courteous and helpful. It went great overall. New roof and gutters
Marvelous, service was scheduled for 10 AM and the man showed up at 8:30, got it done effectively and quickly. Examine roof, reattached loose parts of a ridge vent.
Got full report orally and written. Assured me that roof was in good condition. Explained minor repairs and sent before/ after photos to my email. Inspection of roof and minor repairs, I.e. Re caulking.

I haven't received a final bill as of yet but was told the cost of my roof tune-up would be $99. I'm glad I had the work done as numerous pictures did show my roof needed some attention. I would definitely consider Arocon for a complete roof replacement. Had a roof tune-up performed and was glad I did considering my roof is now 16 years old and needed a little TLC. Terrific. Hunter Riley did a thorough and professional job. He fixed what needed to be done. He came early and finished in a timely manner. He took photos of my entire roof and what was done. Arocon provided a free assessment of our roof and gutters. The specialist arrived early (but not too early) and immediately got to work. We used a coupon to have our gutter cleaned.
AROCON was accommodating to move my appointment to later in the morning. This was due to a last minute obligation that I could not avoid. Hunter was on-time for the new time. He was professional, courteous, and customer service oriented. He showed in pictures what he found and explained it in layman's terms. He caulked where needed and replaced vent pipe boots. I would bring him and AROCON back for any other roof and gutter work. Roof Inspection to make sure there were no maintenance issues.
