It went very well. Scheduling was easy, the technician, Hunter, was on time, he was thorough and he cleaned up when he was done. He pointed out various things about my roof and gutters (all were in good shape) and made a couple of minor repairs. I needed my gutters "tuned-up" and a few minor repairs done.

My experience with AROCON was excellent. Their technician Hunter arrived on time, was extremely friendly and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and went right to work. When he finished, he showed me photos of my entire roof and explained everything he had done. It ,took a month to get the appointment scheduled, which was the only negative. Tim arrived on time as scheduled, was polite and professional. The main office that scheduled had originally said he would have to come back a different time to replace the fascia, but Tim measured the damaged piece, went out to a nearby Lowe's to get a replacement, and finished both the roof tune up and fixing the missing fascia.
