Not only is the work excellent, the customer interaction is absolutlely the best: professional, polite, provided easy to understand explanations of "roof stuff" that I did not understand prior to their arrival, and provided almost instantly photos of all of the work. I'm super pleased with the work that was done to put on my new roof. Everything from the estimate with Nathan to the installation with Eric and the installers went smoothly. I was super impressed with the care that went into prepping my home with the tarps to minimize potential damage from stripping off the old roof. The roofers (4 in this crew) were excellent. Arocon was great for my roof tune up.Nick did a fantastic job he explained everything to me and took a lot of before and after pictures of the repairs.I would recommend Arocon and Nick to anyone that needs repairs.
