Preston and Chris were here for a gutter and roof tune-up in early February between our several snow and ice storms. They did a beautiful job clearing our gutters and downspouts, inspecting the roof and gutters and made a few repairs to ensure our roof is working as it should, and finished by blowing off the deck and walkway of debris. Fantastic! Very professional, courteous, and thorough. The appointment to clean our gutters had to be scheduled a few months in advance. At the last minute, I had a business trip come up that overlapped the scheduled appointment. They gave me the option to reschedule or have the work done while I was away. I decided to let them do the work in my absence. I received a call when they arrived to do the work. We had some recent damage to our Arocon roof after the ice caused a large limb to fall on the roof overhang, piercing the roof and pushing down the soffit. Alex Courpas was assigned to come out and assist with an assessment of the damage. He contacted me by cell phone to let me know when he would arrive and kept in contact with me on the day of the service. They replaced our entire roof, sunlights, gutters, etc. in under 2 full days and left our property sparkling clean when they pulled out of the driveway. Great job. Arrived when they said they would... and then did a thorough inspection before beginning tune-up/repairs. The close-out was a great email with a bunch of pictures documenting the roof, the problems, and the repairs. Extremely well done overall, and we are very satisfied with their service!
Brian and his partner came to my house to perform the gutter cleaning. Just as Preston who came to my house half a year ago, totally professional. Asked my concern and explained to what they did in patching the hvac vent penetration and caulking the exposed nail. To put things in perspective, I had a roofing company to provide a quote to seal a furnace pipe, which I found a small water leak in attic, it was over 200 .
