My salesman worked directly with my insurance company to deal with the wind damage my old roof sustained. The crew was all work and absolutely no play.
I was very pleased with the customer service of the salesman I worked with. He was very responsive and helpful for my decision to go with the Arocon and the O-C product. I was less impressed with the responsiveness of the office staff and particularly disappointed with how much I had to follow up to get my warranty (4 months after job completion).
They did a great job! They were on time and came out as soon as I had a question.
