The original shingles on my roof were defective and the tune-up guy recommended that the sales consultant stop by with an estimate on the roof. I was provided with an estimate sans a high pressure sale. Afterwards, we provided a deposit and within a few weeks, the company came out and began our job....

By the end of the job, issues got resolved but the company does need to improve communication between the homeowner and the people that come to work on the job.

My family is incredibly pleased with the quality of the staff that removed our old roof and installed its replacement. Watching them work was like watching an efficient machine in operation. Eric and his team were extremely professional and the quality of work was great! They worked very hard and were efficient. Original day was rained out and they rescheduled to the weekend. Communicating with the office was also a pleasure. Any concerns I had were quickly addressed.
