unknown Cleaned and checked gutters. It was too wet to caulk but he offered to come back if we saw any signs of leaking. The whole process only took about a half hour, but it seems to have been effective as we haven't had problems with our gutters overflowing, as we did before.

Arocon did an excellent job. Scheduling was easy, Linda also called and reminded me a day before as promised. Riley Hunter was my technician. Did spent about 2 hours on my roof sealing and replacing various items and cleaning gutters. He then provided me with a written report and explanation. He also shared pictures he took via Dropbox. Will use again. Roof and Gutters Tune-Up

Jason arrived promptly at 10AM and went upstairs and took a few photos of the ceiling where the leak had come in. I also asked if he could check out our garage roof and small breezeway and he was very accommodating. He got out his ladder and was on the roof for almost an hour. He came back in and gave a breakdown on what was done and also showed pics of various potential problems. Excellent job! The Arocon Technician, Will Moore, was on time, professional and thorough. He took pictures to show us the issues in our roof as well as walked us through what he did to repair the issues. Roof tune up

I had a little trouble getting the appointment scheduled initially, but the inspection was great. My technician, Will Moore, got in touch early in the day to check about my availability. He arrived at the time we agreed on. Service was friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. Roof inspection and patching, gutter inspection.

We had our gutters cleaned. Jason was professional and explained every detail of the work done. Jason showed the work that was done with before and after pictures. He gave me information on what could be done in the future. unknown

It was okay. I had to go up and check and fix flushing in the back of the house. I thought he was going to do everything and with that heavy rain I had two spots that were leaking. But he was a good guy. I purchased a Big Deal for AROCON Roofing & Construction. He went up and he did an inspection and he fixed two areas.

WOW - I'm very impressed with the level of detail that Arocon's inspector, Jason Easton, brought to this inspection: After he fixed the problems I knew about, he proceeded with his detailed inspection, and found several other issues that he also fixed. Background info: I had a new roof installed by Home Depot 3 years ago. There were several problems with the installation that Home Depot never successfully addressed. unknown I had a minor leak in my roof and called for a tune up just to find out if it is anything serious. Found out it was just the exhaust flip that was open, it was tightened and the gutters were cleaned as well. Wish I knew the gutters were included before I had paid someone about a month ago. Received a detailed assessment of my roof which was helpful. Very polite, concise and detailed service.
