I purchase a house (townhome) recently with roof in unknown condition. I wanted to make sure that I go into the winter with proper roof over my head. So I hunted for a good deal and found it on angies list from AROCON company. The guy who covers Frederick area for them is Hunter. His visit turned out to be a great experience. They found that my builder had improperly installed flashing that allowed water underneath the shingles. There was a large hole in the plywood on my 7 year old roof. I was able to contact builder and because of their detailed report with photos, got the builder to repair the roof. Arocon also sealed spots leaking water at the joints of gutters Arocon did a roof inspection and gutter tune up
