Will Moore arrived promptly at 10 AM as promised. He examined the roof & took pictures. He also did some patch work. He showed me the pictures & explained that I needed a new roof. He made arrangements for another rep to visit this week to explain replacement options. Mr Moore was professional & helpful. I don't know what you mean by provider. I take that to mean owner. Will Moore was excellent in his description of the condition of the roof and the repairs he did. He gave a full explanation of how the celining in the bedrooms are leaking, and his explanation made sense. I was impressed with him and decided to include this company in my search to purchase an entire roof. Arocon did an excellent job. Scheduling was easy, Will Moore was my technician.
