unknown We have done three major projects with AROCON. The first was our roof, gutters and downspouts. Then we called on them to metalize our soffets & eaves. Then we had them re-side the house. Those jobs were done between Sept, 2014 and Mar. 2015. Nate, our sales rep, was excellent. Job crews were hard working and unobtrusive. Clean ups were thorough. House looks fantastic.

Loved the service. First time ever that I was not asked to pay extra money out of pocket for fixing the issues. There were about 2-3 shingles missing, loose nails, and dry caulking and they fixed it all under the Angie's List deal. I am so used to buying a deal and then paying out of pocket for fixing the problems at a much higher cost. This company covered it all within the deal. I am impressed with their integrity. Ian did a great job. He reattached a downspout and removed a piece of soffit. Will be using Arocon next year. Cleaned all of my gutters. I have a three story house.
They were great. The technician was very personable and gave very reasonable suggestions for future maintenance. HAVE TRIED TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH IAN THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE...VERY GOOD GUY...BUT NOW HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES OVER 1 MONTH PERIOD AND SPOKEN WITH LINDA AND OTHERS AND CANNOT GET RETURN CALL ABOUT WORK HE RECOMMENDED. Hunter was our technician and he was great. He showed up on time and took pictures of everything before and after the work was completed. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely nice. We were extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend AROCON to anyone. Purchased the roof tune-up package and they did everything included.
Jason repaired missing shingles on my roof and even helped me get the extra shingles needed from beneath tools in my shed. He looked at areas that I was especially concerned about due to evidence of leaking. He made recommendations that were reasonable and made sense. He didn't seem to mind the rainy and chilly weather. Great! He resealed the external 'pipes' (metal and PVC) that protruded from the roof. One had a broken seal and was leaning into the house, he fixed that too! Saw that there was wood rot by one of my upper gutters. Going to have them give me an estimate to get a replacement roof. Will Morre did a great job with the roof. Thank you Will, very thorough and professional! checked my 20 year old roof for wear.
