unknown Gutter cleaning and tune up. The service and technician were great. My only negative is that service was scheduled a month in advance and had to be paid at scheduling. Not sure what would happen if the customer were unhappy with the service when paid so far in advance.

unknown Roof replacement, tuck pointing/ masonry repair, chimney crown replacement, attic fan installation. Arocon matched and beat the estimates of much cheaper competition, did an excellent job on each part of the job, but beware of how long it takes to schedule service, missed deadlines, delayed response to emails and calls. Overall I'm very satisfied but getting there was not frustration-free. They did extra work that I needed help with and I appreciated the one stop shop service and the quality nevertheless. unknown All in all, quite pleased with Arocon. They sent a competent person out to assess the job. On day of the work, the crew arrived somewhat later than originally scheduled, and we had to phone the main office to check on this -- we were told the crew was running late on another job but would be here around 3 and they were. Two - man crew, had what they needed, replaced two skylights and as promised in the original estimate replaced plywood where there was a leak from the old skylight. I located Arocon roofing on Angies List. They had excellent reviews, and I decided togo with a $99 roof tune up. A roof tune up includes replacing shingles, re-caulking, and a full roof/attic inspection. I called Arocon and spoke with both Nancy and Linda. Both were professional and helpful withscheduling my appointment. Hunter arrived at our home early and ready to go. We bought the $99 roof tuneup, mainly because we have been experiencing a leak which the builder had been unable to correct Jason arrived as scheduled and spent time with me listening to the history of our roof problem. He went up in the attic (on a very hot day) and inspected the area of our leak. He told us what he found in the attic and showed cell phone photos of the inside roof condition. unknown Had the gutters cleaned and inspected. The price was an Angie's List deal. The workman was here for maybe 15 minutes. I'm taking his word that all gutters were cleaned.

Jason called to let me know that he could arrive early. After he introduced himself, he proceeded to inspect the roof. He also inspected the gutters. I was very pleasantly surprised when he used a blower to clear the roof and gutters of considerable debris from the large trees that surround the sides and rear of my end unit townhome. Because the house faces northwest, it receives shade for most of the day. He also removed patches of moss that had formed as a result.
