Jason was very professional and honest in his assessment of our roof and gutter system. He provided detailed information on what he did, including many pictures he took on his phone. Very pleased with this service and Jason's professionalism. Would definitely consider using this company in the future and recommending to others. Provided detailed information regarding status of roof, things that should be done when new roof installed and sealed pipe collar and several nails. Inspected roof, gutters and attic.

Jason was great. Personable and professional, answered all our questions, took all the time we needed to discuss details. He found problems that he thought would need further attention, but did not try to sell us on solutions. We bought the $99 roof inspection. The company performs a 21-point inspection that rates theattic, roof, and gutters either 1-4 points (replace), 5-7 points (repair), or 8-10 points (maintain). unknown The gentleman who showed up cleaned out and washed out my gutters. Will not be using his service again since I added gutter helmets to my existing gutters. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

This was only a general 'look over' and inspection of my roof, and included replacing up to 5/ shingles. Iwas very happy with AROCON's services, and extremely impressed with the tech, Hunter Riley. Hunter grew up in the business, and really knows his stuff! He inspected the roof and gutters, and took pictures to show me where previous repairs had been done, and showed me the improper procedures used by another company. Hunter Riley was awesome. Showed up early, and offered to complete paperwork if I wasn't ready for him to begin work. Listened to my concerns, did work, took shoes off before inspecting my attic, explained everything he did while showing before and after pictures. Gave me an overview of my roof condition, which thankfully has a few more good years. Did 21 point inspection, complete with pictures of issues, performed work as discussed.

Went very well - call was made to coordinate a date/time for the services to provided and was professional. The worker arrived and provided the services as discussed. When his work was through and complete, he left his work site in a clean fashion. Clean gutters and repair any pieces in disrepair

The actual performance of the gutter cleaning was done very well. Will Moore was professional, personable and thorough. He was on time and did a great job. He answered my questions and had great suggestions regarding my roof and future gutter maintenance. When he left, there was no debris. I would definitely recommend him. If I was only evaluating the job, I would have given an A and definitely used the company again. However, getting from clicking the 'Buy It Now' button until the actual cleaning was not pleasant. Hunter showed up at about 7:45, climbed up on the roof with a camera, caulked around the chimney, banged in some nails, replaced three collars, inspected the entire roof, came back down, explained everything to me, showed me the pictures and left. Took about half an hour all told. Looks like he did an excellent job, including fixing the leak around one of the HVAC pipes. Will definitely use them again for this or another job.
