Jason came to my place on time and performed the tune up. He also took the pictures as he always did for other customers. He found a few places (that was not picked up my the gutter cleaning people, who claimed to check my roof) and fixed them all. He also patiently explained things to me clearly. I will recommend him to others! Nan Performed a roof tune up.
The men were knowledgeable and courteous. They did a very good job. The all in one piece 6 in gutter looks nice across the front of my house. The clean up of old guttering was thorough. Replaced 4 inch gutters with 6 inch gutters on lower levels. Fixed the alignment of the existing Upper back gutter.
Very prompt, professional (came in company truck with company shirt on), respectful of my property and time. Explained everything, made sense and seemed honest. He did have to defer the details (including cost) of the options to repair my roof to an appraiser - so I have to make another appointment. Luckily, it could be scheduled at 5pm, so I do not have to take more time off. "Roof Tune Up" - inspected entire roof, chimney and gutters, and also attic. Caulked and sealed areas that he thought might be a problem.
unknown They replaced the roof on our townhouse after we had hail damage. They were very responsive. We wanted to use Owens Corning shingles - Arocon has the highest installer training level given by Owens Corning. Their price was about half of what the other companies we spoke with wanted to charge for the same shingles. They did a great job, and I would recommend them without any hesitation.
