Jason was outstanding! He explained everything he was going to do and then took the time to conduct a review upon completion. The company was great to deal with and it was very easy to make an appointment. We had to reschedule due to weather and they called us! This company provides superior customer service and I would highly recommend them and especially Jason. I was extremely satisfied with the responsiveness of the company and how quickly I was able to get an appointment. They even returned my call on a Saturday. I needed this work done quickly as part of a resale of my home. Jason arrived on time and completed all the work to my satisfaction. Jason (technician) arrived promptly ready to work with-in the time window specified by Lynda (appointment scheduler). He performed the following services and repairs. Inspected everything including viability of existing roof shingles. unknown My first appointment was scheduled for October 2014. Ultimately the technician came in March 2015, and did what appears to be a good job of cleaning and sealing the gutters for a great price.

Went well. Technician showed up on time. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He took before and after photos so I could see what had been done. He went over everything in detail afterwards and explained it all. They came out for the $99 gutter clean and roof inspection / tune-up. Cleaned gutters, sealed edges, inspected gutter damage.

When I looked online, they had a map drawn for their service area, and it looked like I was well inside of it. However, they told me that I’m not in their service area after all. Their professionalism was fine, though, and they were very polite on the phone. I bought a Big Deal for $99 for a Roof Tune-Up.

We needed a small shingle repair and then certification. Will Moore came onsite, discussed the work to be done, completed the repair and roof tune up and provided an assessment report and even photos of the work areas. Then Nathan Whittaker reviewed the roof and report and provided the certification. This was a very time sensitive issue and Linda worked with us to get their personnel to the site and the work done within our very short time window. roof tuneup and certification
