Jason arrived fifteen minutes early which is unheard of in this business. Many times have other contractors given two hour windows for a person to arrive and they either arrive midway or at the end of the window or not at all. HUGE plus on punctuality. We contacted Arocon on the day we first noticed the leak and we were able to get an appointment scheduled for about a week later. Ian was the roofing technician who came to perform the service. He began by giving me a quick overview of what the service entailed and then began to perform the roof inspection and repair the small issues that were causing the leak. The roofer, Will, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and polite. He patched a hole, replaced shingles, took pictures to see the damage, and did an overall assessment of the roof. Roof tune-up. Great price for getting roof in shape!
Our technician, Jesse was conscientious, very competent, and transparent in the work done. The before and after pictures he took were very helpful, and wereally appreciate the time he took to go over the 21-point roof inspection. He answered all our questions very thoughtfully and made recommendations without giving us any sense of pushiness. Jesse's a great ambassador for your company - it was a pleasure to work with him. Inspected attic and roof and performed repairs on gaskets and loose nails.
