The contractor was very knowledgeable and Ian was very agreeable to work with. He gave us a 21 Point Inspection report that graded our roof. After the work was done I felt very confident about the roof. I plan to use this contractor again. Performed a roof tune-up. Inspected the Roof, found and fixed a leak, and performed some patching around pipes, etc..

Improvements though are needed: the no. of nails (well over 100) were left at the scene, one right behind the wheel of my car. Yes, I counted. Then, the removal of my Gutter Helmet was done in a rough manner resulting in my having to purchase replacements at the cost of over $350 plus the fee Gutter Helmet charges in order to keep the warranty.
