unknown They gave us a roof tune up (which is the deal we purchased through Angie's List), went in the attic and did an inspection of the roof from the inside, took pictures while in the attic of places our roof needed repair, leaks to be sealed, etc., and then did the repairs, re-sealing, etc. Jessie, the serviceman, was very professional, helpful, and spent as much time with us as we needed answering our questions.
Will arrived on time, was very professional. He went up, took a look at what was needed. He came back to me and explained everything that was needed and what he was going to do. The job was done quickly and professionally. When he was done, he went over everything with me and made his recommendations for future work. Perform a roof maintenance and gutter cleaning.
It was good. Scheduling the service was relatively easy. We had to reschedule a few times due to snow, but that was no problem. They did everything that they promised to do and I had no problems. I bought a deal$99 for a roof tune-up and inspection. They confirmed that I had a leak and fixed it two weeks later after they ordered the shingles for an additional cost.
Good Jason was thorough and clearly communicated the condition of the roof.
Very well. Will was professional, courteous, and at no point was there a panic-inducing high pressure sales pitch for additional work. Will from Arocon came out, inspected my roof, and caulked up the (numerous) gaps between the chimney, the roof, and the flashing. He invited me to come up on the roof (and provided instructions on proper ladder technique) and showed me some of the 'trouble spots'. Jesse Brossoit showed up right on time at 8am. He was very polite and professional (didn't mind that we had dogs) and spent a few minutes going around the roof and talking to me about what might become issues in the future. He then performed all the services that were laid out in the Roof Tune-Up package. This is quite a deal at $99! Did their basic roof tune-up package: nailed down some loose shingles, cleaned the gutters, discussed with me future options for roof replacement and repairs.
The appointment went very well. Jason arrived early. Cheerful and friendly greeting. Good intro conversation about what he was here to do. Did his work. Took lots of picture and even went so far as to look for potential issues for the future. Sat down with me to review what he found and show the pictures.
