Will, the technician, came by a little early (which was excellent) and did a thorough inspection of the attic and the roof and took extensive pictures of the roof so that I could see what the problem (or problems were). As it turns out, he let me know that the water issues I was having were *not* as a result of the roof. Now -- unfortunately, as fate would have it, the roof itself is in bad shape and will need to be addressed, but I feel much better informed and can make a reasoned decision because of the information that Wi... read more

Chris Y was our service provider, and he was punctual and knowledgable. He thoroughly inspected the roof, attic and gutters and gave recommendations that seemed reasonable, affordable and appropriate. He was never pushy, and was incredibly courteous and trustworthy. We look forward to working with him and Arocon roofing again in the future. The provider performed a roof tune-up.

Jesse was punctual and patient. He did a GREAT job. I purchased a Roof Tune-Up and Inspection . Jesse from Arocon did a fantiastic job. He got into the attic and then onto the roof. There was significant water damage due to the age of the roof. There was a leak at the ridge vent which he sealed.. As part of the tune-up, he sealed all ridge vent nails and re-attached the ridge vent into trusses.There is absolutely no question that I am going to have to have the roof replaced.
