Will, the technician, came by a little early (which was excellent) and did a thorough inspection of the attic and the roof and took extensive pictures of the roof so that I could see what the problem (or problems were). As it turns out, he let me know that the water issues I was having were *not* as a result of the roof. Chris Y was our service provider, and he was punctual and knowledgable. He thoroughly inspected the roof, attic and gutters and gave recommendations that seemed reasonable, affordable and appropriate. He was never pushy, and was incredibly courteous and trustworthy. We look forward to working with him and Arocon roofing again in the future. The provider performed a roof tune-up.
Jesse was punctual and patient. He did a GREAT job. I purchased a Roof Tune-Up and Inspection . Jesse from Arocon did a fantiastic job. He got into the attic and then onto the roof. There was significant water damage due to the age of the roof. There was a leak at the ridge vent which he sealed.. As part of the tune-up, he sealed all ridge vent nails and re-attached the ridge vent into trusses.There is absolutely no question that I am going to have to have the roof replaced. We had what we thought was a small leak in our roof and purchased their $99.00 Roof Tune Up special from Angie's List. The technicians, Jason Easton and Jesse B., arrived on time, (even a little early), and were professional and courteous. They did an extremely thorough inspection of our roof and attic, even taking pictures to show the problem areas. unknown The young man (Matt) who responded was on time, used my name (very important to me), explained every step of what he was doing, showed me his photos of the roof and gutters and explained that some of my gutters were just fine and did not need anything. |I really appreciated being served so well and not being sold something for the next time the company wanted to come. |I will definitely use them again.
