We had a great rapport with them. They were able to come out right away. They corresponded with us in a timely manner through texts and email. They worked with us well. I purchased a deal for $99 for a roof tune-up and inspection.

It was great. They got the job done in about one hour. The worker was excellent and the scheduling was great. They were there before I got there and they actually scheduled around my lunch hour which was great. It was a deal for $99 for a roof tune-up plus bonus gutter cleaning.

They were very nice. They were very apologetic and we had the full price refunded. It sounded like a marvelous deal and it was said in the deal that they would respond within 48 hours of purchasing the deal and they didn’t, so I sent them an email. They emailed back saying that they did not service Pennsylvania and that the big deal was listed for our area erroneously. They were very prompt in their response once I did email them.
