I made an appointment with Arocon to come out and inspect my skylight and roof.The week prior, I had noticed a leak had formed on the ceiling drywall and thought that the nearby skylight might be the culprit. Superb job by Chris and Scottie. They arrived on time. I really appreciate their honesty and workmanship. They went above and beyond explaining every single detail of what the job entailed. I found out that AROCON does all kinds of work/repairs outside and inside the house. Definitely, I am calling back for some work needed in the house. inspected gutters, roof, and drainage; tune up of 2,000+ feet of gutters; tightened gutters; cleaned area after job completed.

The technician, Jason, provided a thorough explanation of the issues with my roof and provided recommendations. He replaced a few roof tiles and showed me pictures. I appreciated his advice (including tips to save money) and would contract with Arocon again and ask for Jason to respond, if possible. I purchased the Roof Tune Up deal, where they inspect your roof, clean your gutters and replace up to 10 roof tiles for $99.
Office staff communication was great. They contacted me quickly and it was easy to set up and appointment. Will showed up on time at the appointment time and he listened to my concerns about the gutters and got right to work. He was very professional, communicated clearly and did a great job.
