The inspection went great. Thank goodness there was nothing really major wrong but he took pictures and came down and showed me what was going on up there. He then explained fully what he was going to do to fix the problems and then he did it. There have been no more leaks, no rain pounding on my window overhang (not sure what you call that thing) and everything has been perfect. The only thing was the price but I understand it is a 3 story town house so it takes two people instead of one for safety reasons. I just wish it h... read more

Will showed up at scheduled time. Introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. A surprise was his checking the attic. When he was done he suggested several updates for the roof and gutters as well as more insulation for the attic. What I liked was no pressure or sense of impending doom if I didn't upgrade immediately. He said I was good to go for now but wanted to let me know my options. I will definitely give them a call for future work. Roof maintenance and gutter clean

Everything went smoothly without a hitch! I was told it would take one day to replace the roof and they did it! The shingles were delivered on the roof one day before the actual installation and took less than an hour. The roofers came the next day around 8AM and put tarp to protect the area from debris; removed all layers of existing roofing; inspected the roof deck and repaired/replaced rotten sheathing or plank boards; installed new drip edge to the roor perimeter; installed ice and water guard to all eaves, walls, and ro... read more

Arocon roofing was prompt (actually arrived 30 minutes early) and provided a confirmation call the night before. The roofing tech was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous and was efficient in performing all the items of the package. Unfortunately, my roof is getting up there in age and I need to replace it soon. I will definitely be getting an estimate from Arocon when we decide to begin getting bids for a new roof. Roof inspection and sealing of exposed nail heads, sewer vent and chimney.

The contractor was good and was very thorough. We didn’t end up going with them for the work but they did a good job. I purchased a big deal for $49 for an Attic Inspection, Plus an Insulation and Ventilation Analysis.
