Arocon was recommended to me. I did not initially select them from Angie's List. Once they were recommended, I looked to see if they participated on Angie's List, and learned that they had an A rating. I purchased the Angie's List roof tune-up deal on June 16. I provided home and work contact numbers and preferred dates of service in my purchase order. So I thought it was kind of odd that the company emailed me 2 days later and asked me to call them to set up an appointment. Unfortunately, my preferred dates were not available, so we made the appointment for July 10. We had to wait two weeks to have service done; they stay busy. The team was here on time and finished in an hour. The clogged gutter works perfectly now ( we got a chance to test it in the rain a couple days after). The inspection was very clear in documentation, and clearly explained by the technician. We will have them do some minor roof work again in a few weeks. Other than the wait, this was a perfect experience. Cleaned a plugged gutter, inspected all gutters, inspected the roof

The only service provided was inspection and estimate. Staff came to inspect the roof because there were leaks near ridge vent. He told me that ridge vent need replacement and estimated over $1000 to replace the vent. He recommended that roof needs replacement and gave an estimate. The total replacement estimate was reasonable but vent replace estimate was too high perhaps their vent are really super.I got the vent fixed for about $400 by another contractoras the rest of theroof has at leastcouple years leftand other houses ... read more

unknown Roof Replacement. My brand new roof was looking NICE! They had laid a tarp over my lawn, before beginning, and afterwards my lawn looked none the worse for wear. I was very pleased with the worked done and thanks the two gentlemen who made it possible.
