Service could have been better if I had a loaner of which my contract states I'm entitled to. Was not easy to be without my car for over 3 weeks.

Every encounter I have had at Arrowhead Cadillac has been exceptional. Our sales team (Jim and Julie) did an excellent job explaining all of our options and even spent time with me after our purchase to re-explain the features on the car and demonstrate how to use them (how the car can park itself, for example). Our service advisor, Todd, has also been outstanding. I have had two occasions that I have needed to bring the car in for maintenance and he has been courteous and professional.

Car was service in a timely manner. Service rep. Dan Vega was very polite and helpful and interested in what I had to say. Waiting area was clean, and seating area had plenty of room so not crowed. All employees were friendly and polite.
