Unfortunately, we have very negative experience with this dealership
Had a scheduled appt for an oil change, and was there for two and a half hours. If they checked fluid levels, tire pressure and other inspection related items, I am not sure how they all looked as no one reviewed anything with me when I paid other then handing me a receipt.
This was the worst experience ever ! Never ever again!
I don't recommend this shop. I took my car for a 4 wheel alignment with an appointment and they were not able to do anything for two days. I pulled the car with no service done.
Very poor. Despite spending nearly $4000, for the second time, spontaneously locking of the doors & trunk was not fixed. This locking is annoying & inconvenient. I have requested to have the issue fixed on two separate occasions; it still has not been done. In addition, when I received my vehicle back, it was a mess. On the floor of the passenger front side was a heap of stuff. In that heap were shirts, a baseball hat, a pillow, & Covid masks all thrown together. This was not at all how I brought the vehicle in. Didn't like the fact when i got to dealership and took my car and the service advisor said i didn't had an appointment at that dealership without checking my name or phone number and he meant i was lying about my issues on my car and his attitude was pretty rough and when i picked up my car they lost my paper work and just said the car didn't had nothing and just gave me the car without checking my info or anything it make me feel they didn't care

Slow and expensive. The level of service here had deteriorated significantly over the years.
Sat for 1 hour before they moved to the service bay, they some how ripped the windshield wiper off and just jammed down into the hood, didnt even check the air filter, but did try and put back brakes and rotor on for $900, will never go back
