Service was ok except someone. Changed my seat, mirrors, and exit position and then pressed the set button and destroyed all memory seat settings. I am still trying to get everything back to where I had them set.
I was notified by email it was time for an oil change. I called in and scheduled my car to get picked up. It was done before lunchtime.
Service was OK but was unhappy being charged over $100 to install a new battery.
Over charged me for what was done to my car
During a recall service, the service department found two other items that needed repair. The service representative checked and verified that I did indeed pay for an extended warranty that would cover the repairs. I made an appointment to have the repairs done, which he said would only cost $100 for the deductible. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car, they indicated the extended warranty would not cover both of the repairs, just the least expensive one. I dont own the 2017 xt5. Sold it two years ago
Was great was in and out quickly
Not a friendly place any longer. Took much longer than normal. No, snacks or drinks available, (was told employees finish everything food and drink wise). No courteous car wash and the car had hand prints and equipment prints on the vehicle. May not return here for service.
