I cannot say that I am thoroughly satisfied with my most recent experience with the service department of Arrowhead Cadillac. I initially made contact with the service department because of a problem with my electronic key. Somehow my car was not reading the presence of the FOB. After 2 trips to the dealership and having a number of issues addressed while speninding $1,453.14, the initial reason for the visit to the service department. I would characterize myself as an unsatisfied customer.
