I have been purchasing Cadillacs for 15 years with them. They haven't failed me yet. I used the same salesman (Mike Martin). Arrowhead Cadillac is a 1st class dealership. I encourage anyone who's in the market for a Caddy, give them a try 1st and you will not be disappointed. Also, Todd in the service department is a champion. Arrowhead Cadillac is the best dealership on the western part of the US. Thank you all for always giving us the 1st class treatment.

We love Jim Buckner at Arrowhead Cadillac. This is our 5th Escalade and we keep busing because the service is excellent and so much better than the other luxury brands. We also own a BMW and a Lexus and our service with Jim at Cadillac reigns supreme!
