Excellent drop me off at home and pick me up from home for purpose of getting car serviced. Undercar lower close out panel has fallen off the last two times I have had the car serviced. Panel has been on car for over 2 yrs without falling off, but after the last two time in for service, it has fallen off. It is now laying on the garage floor under the car

Vehicle was in for alternator light on. No check engine light at that time. Car was returned with check engine light on and alternator light off.

Dan was extremely rude from the start of the appointment making and the time of the appointment. He can improve by listening to the customer more as well as his phone etiquette duties. He comes across as consciously biased. Not at all like the first experience I've encountered on my I initial service appointment.

Nothing was fixed! There was things wrong with the vehicle when I purchased it. I was told if I had bought a new car they would fix things but since I purchased a used car they are not going to fix anything. Horrible customer service! They all seem nice until you sign your papers. I don't think I have ever felt so disrespected at a dealership.

Our experience with getting our car problems diagnosed and repaired were very poor. Left the car for a couple days and never got it back for over 5weeks after paying for a rental car for over $2500 due to Waste Management high rental fees. Communication of delays and progress on repairs was terrible.
