Waited 4 months To get my Car back Poor Communication Skills Tried to charge Me $600 to get my car back After I was Told Part Was On Back order After I Agreed To Pay $2800 For All Three items Once Part Came My Price Doubled From $2800 to $5800 I Can't get my car back Till Bill is paid, Saying I'll need Just A Wire To My Camera So Two Modules A Camera and A Wire $5800 no way, Happy they went thru the Recorded calls it Came To Be True $5800 was never discussed

There was no follow up and active communication on service status throughout our visit. I have now had the same experience several times at this dealership with their service department.

The price was excessive compared to other Cadillac dealers, the service tech was not candid with the pricing. Their Finance department works in the same manner under deception and cons.

Positives: Personalities, Facility, Pickup and delivery Negatives: Alignment not done correctly, car pulls strong to the right, tire pressures up to 8lbs differences

They just tell you anything to get your money, they treat people like they are dummies and know nothing about cars. Liers and thiefs never again , there was a time when the dealership was honest, know they just tell vantastic stories and scare older people that trust them to get their hard earned money just ridiculous,

I brought in my 2016 CTS - AWD - for an oil change. My advisor came back in and goes, that's not a CTS, thats a CT4. I was like, oh word - tell me more about the car I've driven for the past 8 years - why do you think that? And he proudly told me, he knows because there is a "4" under the CTS. I explained that was because it was 4 wheel drive and that they didn't even make the CT4 in 2016... when I know more about my Cadillac than my advisor at a Cadillac dealership, hard to want to go back
