Just purchased car wash told it was in excellent condition, not so needs roters and 1000.00 to fix the rear tailgate

Dave McGuire made a lot of promises to me about getting my car back the same day as the service, he told me if i brought my car in before 10:00 AM i would get it back that day ,I got it there @ 9:15, ,@ 4:00 I called about the car, he said as we discussed it might not be done the same day, we never talked about that it was supposed to be ready the same day. I got it back the next day ,when I told him I need it back by 11:00 i was told by him then it might not have enough time to wash it, I called @10:00 ,he said it was ready... read more

Had a scheduled appt for an oil change, and was there for two and a half hours. If they checked fluid levels, tire pressure and other inspection related items, I am not sure how they all looked as no one reviewed anything with me when I paid other then handing me a receipt.

I don't recommend this shop. I took my car for a 4 wheel alignment with an appointment and they were not able to do anything for two days. I pulled the car with no service done.

Very poor. Despite spending nearly $4000, for the second time, spontaneously locking of the doors & trunk was not fixed. This locking is annoying & inconvenient. I have requested to have the issue fixed on two separate occasions; it still has not been done. In addition, when I received my vehicle back, it was a mess. On the floor of the passenger front side was a heap of stuff. In that heap were shirts, a baseball hat, a pillow, & Covid masks all thrown together. This was not at all how I brought the vehicle in. Didn't like the fact when i got to dealership and took my car and the service advisor said i didn't had an appointment at that dealership without checking my name or phone number and he meant i was lying about my issues on my car and his attitude was pretty rough and when i picked up my car they lost my paper work and just said the car didn't had nothing and just gave me the car without checking my info or anything it make me feel they didn't care
